Policies & Agreements

Personal Customs- 

  • By selecting personal customs, you are agreeing that the file you are uploading is 100% print ready meaning free of watermarks or any flaws made during design by you or a design artist. You understand that Rowdy Ridge is not responsible for any digital issues related to your uploaded file. We do strive to catch file issues and notify you ahead of time prior to printing/pressing but it is also not guaranteed that we are able to catch the flaw beforehand. Rowdy Ridge will not do reprints, refunds etc. on any file related issue.
  • When selecting Personal customs, you must select a scale of your choice or choose "Printers Choice" and give a description of what you are making, for instance notes such as "making bows" or something along the line of "Large for adult blanket", "Small for child's shirt". We will do our very best judgement when it comes to printers' choice but please be aware that we will not do any reprints or refunds if you choose printers choice. We have never had any bad reviews on printers' choice we actually have a lot of customers who use this option and have loved every outcome, so we strive to do that for every order that comes through our shop.
  • Last but not least, you MUST upload an image when choosing Personal Customs- we will not be using images that are emailed to us so that we do not take away from the quality of the file. 

 

 Weather Conditions: 

  • We will not count weather delays as turnaround time. We understand that this can be an inconvenience so please plan accordingly in those winter months. We will do our very best to make sure that the effects of weather don't happen on our end but IF it should ever happen, we want everyone to be as prepared as possible. We will do our best to keep everyone up to date and even plan ahead if we know bad weather is coming. If we are without power or without the access to USPS, then we will not count those business days as turnaround time days. 

Reprints:

  • Rowdy Ridge is not responsible for reprints due to user error; no matter if this is a file issue, selecting the wrong base during order, uploading the incorrect file, selecting the wrong scale etc. 
  • Rowdy Ridge will only do reprints based on issues caused by our team. This is subject for review from case to case if this should happen. 
  • We will not do reprints for USPS mistakes. For instance if your package is lost in transit with USPS or any other carrier Rowdy Ridge is not responsible for reprinting that material. Any material that is damaged by USPS will not be reprinted by Rowdy Ridge. We hope that everyone understands that we will do our end of the deal but the possibility of mistakes happening after it leaves our warehouse by carriers is completely possible.
