Personal Customs – File Upload Policy

By selecting Personal Customs, you acknowledge and agree that the file you upload is 100% print-ready. This means the file must be free of watermarks, design flaws, resolution issues, or any other errors created during the design process by you or a third-party designer.

File Responsibility

Rowdy Ridge Fabrics INC is not responsible for any digital or design-related issues contained within customer-uploaded files. While we do our best to review files and may notify you if we notice a potential issue prior to printing, we cannot guarantee that all file flaws will be identified before production.

For this reason:

  • No reprints, refunds, or replacements will be issued for issues related to customer-provided files.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, resolution problems, design errors, scaling concerns, or unintended elements within the artwork.

Scaling Selection

When placing a Personal Customs order, you must select a scale option or choose Printer’s Choice.

If selecting Printer’s Choice, please include a brief description of what you are making (for example: bows, adult blanket, child’s shirt, etc.). We will use our best professional judgment to determine appropriate scaling based on the information provided.

Please note:

  • Orders placed with Printer’s Choice are final.
  • No reprints or refunds will be issued for scale-related concerns when Printer’s Choice is selected.
  • Printer’s Choice is a popular option among our customers, and we take great care to ensure quality outcomes for every order.

File Submission Requirement

An image file must be uploaded at the time of ordering when selecting Personal Customs.

  • Files sent via email will not be accepted or used.
  • This policy ensures file integrity and maintains consistent print quality throughout our production process.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to all terms outlined above.

 

Weather-Related Delays

Weather-related delays are not included in turnaround time. While we understand that delays can be inconvenient, we encourage customers to plan accordingly—especially during winter months or periods of severe weather.

Rowdy Ridge Fabrics INC will always do our best to minimize the impact of weather on our operations. If inclement weather is anticipated, we will communicate updates whenever possible and plan ahead when conditions allow.

In the event that we experience:

  • power outages
  • loss of internet access
  • closure or limited access to USPS
  • unsafe travel conditions

those business days will not be counted toward turnaround time.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that weather-related interruptions are outside of our control and agree that such delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or expedited processing.

Reprints Policy

Rowdy Ridge Fabrics INC is not responsible for reprints resulting from customer error. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • uploading an incorrect or flawed file
  • selecting the wrong fabric base
  • choosing an incorrect scale
  • submitting the wrong artwork

Reprints will only be considered for issues caused directly by our production process. Any request for a reprint due to a potential production error will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.

Rowdy Ridge Fabrics INC is not responsible for carrier-related issues, including:

  • lost packages
  • damaged shipments
  • delivery delays caused by USPS or any other shipping carrier

Once an order has left our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. As such, materials that are lost or damaged in transit are not eligible for reprints.


Intellectual Property & Licensing

By placing an order with Rowdy Ridge Fabrics INC, you confirm that you own the rights to—or have obtained proper permission to use—the artwork, graphics, or designs you submit for printing.

Rowdy Ridge Fabrics INC will not knowingly print copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed material without appropriate authorization. This includes, but is not limited to, characters, logos, or artwork protected by intellectual property laws.

The customer assumes full responsibility for any intellectual property violations related to submitted designs and agrees to indemnify and hold Rowdy Ridge Fabrics INC harmless from any claims, damages, or legal action resulting from unauthorized use of protected content.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom-printed fabric orders are final sale.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the event of a verified production error caused by Rowdy Ridge Fabrics INC. This does not include issues related to customer-provided files, scaling choices, fabric base selection, color expectations, or carrier-related damage.

To be eligible for review, customers must contact us within  24 Hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue along with their order number. Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Approved refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after review.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping time is separate from turnaround time. Turnaround time refers to production time only and does not include carrier transit time.

Once an order has been shipped, Rowdy Ridge Fabrics INC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Carrier delays, misdelivery, or damage occurring during transit are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds or reprints.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes may only be requested before production has begun. Once an order has entered production, no changes or cancellations can be made.

File & Design Changes

  • File changes are only permitted if production has not yet started.
  • If production has begun, it is too late to change or cancel the graphic selected at checkout.
  • Scaling changes are considered the same as a file change and are subject to the same limitations.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may not be canceled after placement, except in the rare event of an error caused by Rowdy Ridge Fabrics INC (such as an incorrect price listing).
  • Once an order is placed and accepted, it is considered final unless otherwise determined by our team.

Shipping Address Changes

  • Shipping address changes may be requested up until a shipping label has been created.
  • If a label has already been printed, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with rerouting or re-shipping the order.

Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout. Rowdy Ridge Fabrics INC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
